A wonderful place to stay! Just a 15-minute walk to the beach and a short 15-minute drive to the city center. The hosts provided excellent recommendations for things to see and do during our visit. I cannot recommend this place enough!! This is the most charming, perfect place! The hosts are the best. The place is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the host even welcomed us with some local wine and pastries! The location is so great with everything you need within short walking distance. Many great restaurants, markets, shops, beach, and transportation nearby. The hosts went above and beyond and helped us coordinate a special local gluten free paella workshop because I was unable to find one online to book myself. We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft.The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located.Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot.Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had.Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

The apartment is a perfect mix of comfortable, modern amenities while paying homage to the original architecture. Truly beautiful! Very generous hosts that provided goodies for us to enjoy and also recommended area attractions. There are two great places to eat and relax next door. Really nice apartment, had a cool warehouse feel very fitting for Cabanyal. Beds were very comfy. We came with our 2 year old and Andres was kind enough to organise a bed rail for the bed. Wir waren für vier Tage in Valencia. Die Wohnung ist nur fünf Minuten von der Metrostation entfernt und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Auch der Strand ist in zehn Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und wirklich so schön wie auf den Bildern. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und erhielten fortlaufend Infos zu Ausflügen, Restaurants usw. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Herzlichen Dank!
